- In accordance with § 83 (2) of the Regulation the Bank will not submit the separate quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 of 2025 and Q2 of 2026.
- In accordance with § 63 (1) of the Regulation the Bank will not submit separate quarterly reports, and consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information of the Parent Company.
- Consolidated semi-annual report for 1H 2026 will contain half-year condensed separate financial statements based on, in the scope and in accordance with the § 63 (3) and (5) of the Regulation.
