AIS (Account Information Service)

Account Information Services is a set of APIs that allows you to get account details, check the account balance and even get a transaction history of a single account.
PIS (Payment Initiation Service)

Payment Initiation Services is a set of services that offers the possibility to initiate, complete and check the status of transfers from a customer's payment account.

How it works

We provide a programming interface (API) compliant with PSD2 requirements, enabling testing of services in a dedicated sandbox environment. The provided interface is based on the PolishAPI standard.

Submit for production

You will be required to fill in a form with basic information about yourself and the services you are planning to provide. All TPPs with appropriate licenses will have access to production data by default when they become available. In case of non-PSD2 related (Premium APIs), we will review your inquiry and make a decision on its business value. Some services may require a banking account agreement to be in place in order to obtain access to production environment.
Availability

The Regulatory technical standards contained in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 of 27 November 2017, require to ensure that the dedicated interface offers at all times the same level of availability and performance, as the direct banking. If there are any unplanned unavailability of the dedicated interface, we will inform you on the following website:

The Bank does not provide immediately available alternative options for payment service providers using the dedicated interface during its unavailability.

Change in payment initiation services (PIS) | November 19th, 2026

We kindly inform you that on November 19, 2026, we plan to end support for unstructured addresses for domestic and tax transfers.

On the same date, the transition period, during which it was possible to provide the recipient's address in either a structured or unstructured format, will also end.

From November 19, 2026, domestic and tax transfers containing an unstructured address will no longer be supported.

Change in payment initiation services (PIS) | October 8th, 2026

We kindly inform you that support for the fields of the nameAddressStructured object has been enabled to our API production environment.

During the transition period for domestic and tax transfers, we allow the entry of one of the two addresses in either a structured or unstructured format.

Payment initiation is possible by providing only the recipient's name by completing at least one address line in the nameAddress field or by completing
the name field in the nameAddressStructured object.
If data is provided in the nameAddressStructured and addressStructured fields, the townName and countryCode fields must also be completed.

We plan to discontinue support for unstructured addresses in mid-November 2026. We will inform you about the exact date in a separate communication.
